Here's (http://forum.kungfumagazine.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&postid=486780#post486780) a link to the thread about this product on the main forum. Here's (http://www.drsquat.com/index.cfm?action=viewsupplement&supplementID=1102) the product in question.

I'm still on the recovery from a chest injury incurred 14 months and 8 days ago, and I'm chomping at the bit for any hope of return to an active lifestyle. But, I'm not so anxious as to use a product which makes the claims this one does without first researching it and hearing peer reviews.

So, if anyone has anything to add, please do.

looks like its got lost of stuff that'll make you feel good but that'll probably only be a temporary hypo thing from the ginseng, ginko biloba, and kola nut. i don't know too much on nutrition but generally it looks like its got stuff for muscle recovery (in the form of the anti-oxidants and glutamine), stuff for joint recovery (glucosamine sulphate - 1500mg just about right but its best in liquid form) and stuff for mental recovery in all those buzzy things. i don't know what some of the other ingredients are about.

how did you hurt your chest? thats a long time! depending on the injury i keep seeing active-release popping up as a magical cure for lots of things like tennis elbow and tendonitus. might help - http://www.activerelease.com/
