it was my first workout in over a week. i've been getting all sorts of minor injuries and niggles recently so im gown to a 3 day split taking it lightly. i threw in some zercher squats yesterday after some regular back squats and its definately hit my hams and glutes! im not sure if its cos of the zerchers or because i haven't trained for over a week but i was really sore today - good kinda sore which i haven't felt for ages! (i know soreness doesn't always=progress).
anyways im gonna keep them up up for a while! to me they feel like a much more natural squat and my knees don't make as much noise when i do these compared to back squats.
