Koulin (gou lin) qigong

We did the "Walk of Life" fund raiser where we raise money for cancer research. Our school did a demo of taijiquan and wushu. I pulled out of my archieves some qigong I learned back in 1995. I read some of it to the people and did a short demo of the walking with wind respiration exercise. Coach Xu was my teacher and this is his explanation.

Cool, I do Wild goose qigong. My teacher mostly teaches Wild goose, but also some Zen styles, some Quan Yin, and also we have Falun gong classes
