Fun demo!

Question? I noticed that you guys use the Luk Sao platform for Chi Sao at the demo. I thought Weng Chun used Circle Hands or is it both?

That was 1995 show, not Weng Chun presentation, even if you see any parts of chi sao, it is not. Demo is demo only,

anyway, have fun

Great demo!


This reminds me very much of the type of breathing set my good friend preserve. Even the beginning posture (before pressing outward with that tiger looking Hung Ga hand shape) seems to still maintain the Hun Yuan basic Hug Tree roundness with the reverse idea from soft. Very cool. A few years ago I went to the local Chinatown demo where there was a good ammount of Bak Mei and South Tong Long etc.. My friend/coach did his breathign set before demonstrating similar skill as you did! It brouht back nice memories. I have it on tape somewhere and if I ever find it I will send it to you! Yet! He also did a Soft breathing set before laying on the bed of nails and having the stone broke on him! Its all good! The set he showed me is the soft version but I am just a baby with it!
