Just reviewing the video, I think he gave a basic walk through of standard self-defense techniques. He was fast on his delivery and a bit winded. It is difficult to know how much power he has in his strike since you can't feel it via video nor was he going full force.

I have seen one of his instruction video at my local library and checked it out. I felt he was very detailed with his explanation on the basics of strikes, stances, and transition.

I would say he is a good instructor in the sense how he package the info and how he convey it to the audience. I just think the title of "Grand Master" is a bit inflated. He didn't excatly create a new system afterall.

Hmmm, I think the techniques were "Interesting", but the over all demmo looked really hokey.
