you know i was going to post on how the kf videos (though no where near the worst i have seen) made me see why the mma guys make fun of us so much. they were fluent with decent speed, but i can see why people would get the impression that this sort of stuff is all that kf guys ever do ... all they ever see on demos is the pretty stuff.

then i watched the the mt videos ... i feel nothing but comedic pity for that man.
