Don't know what is up with that lipstick of hers. In the news, she is totally smokin. Flaxen hair, pouty lips, ice blue eyes.
And to think she gave him oral in the back seat of an SUV. I just hope he gets plenty of therapy for this.

Ok, I should have had the option for voting for " I'd stay after class to pound her erasers anytime." Or " She can paddle me 'cause I've been a bad boy."

I dated a teacher in high school.

At 14 though I think I initially would've freaked out a bit, but then dealt with it. :D

I would have definately nailed her if I was 14. Doesn't make her any less of a criminal though.

Ah.... I voted, as I thought you ment when she was 14.

Is there some story behind this that we in the UK are not getting?

MK,

Like most civilized societies, it is illegal in the UK. Age of consent is 16 much the same as in most US states. This stems from the old days for when somebody reached 16, they were seen to be an adult. This is also why you can choose to drop of school in many states at 16. However some new laws even have age of consent set at 16.

That being said, todays laws still consider a 16 year old a minor and I'm sure a case could be made for any acts involving adults and minors.

In 27 states the age of consent is 16, very few states have 18 now. However, even with the age of consent being 16 in those states, in most cases its 3 years after. So a 16 year old born on August 1st can not sleep with a 19 year old if he or she is more than 3 years older to the day of the 16 year old's birthday. At age 18, it's free game.

In the UK though, 16 is free game. I remember reading a story, a 16 year old American girl was visiting the UK and ended up sleeping with a man more than 10 years older (he was like 29 if I recall). Her father ironically found out and called the police. The police looked at the girl's passport ID and said she was legal in the UK and the guy wasn't arrested. Suffice to say the father was probably upset.

why worry about the law
just dodge the law like 90% of the people do anyway

age of consent in canada is 14.

if she were up here, there wouldn't be any charges laid, however, there would be talk.

luck of the draw I guess.

for more information on the northern hoochy mama or depraved cradle robbers visit:

p.s- as an aside, I am just a little startled that being gay is still illegal in so many of the united states. I thought puritanism was out ages ago?

And most of the world is at 14 (except for a couple which are lower [mexico 12, netherlands 12])

It is illegal in the UK, but statutery rape (as all conesnting underage sex is classed as ) against a male is much less likely to ever go to court than if it was with a femail. I guess that all concerned do not consider the boy 'broken' in the same eway as they would a girl........kind of a win win situation as far as I can tell.
