The Weightlifting Encyclopedia: A Guide to World Class Performance (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0965917924/ref=cm_cr_dp_2_1/102-8097256-5370561?v=glance&s=books&vi=customer-reviews&me=ATVPDKIKX0DER)
How was it?

Yes. It's very thorough in it's description of olympic lifting and how to train for it. The term "weightlifter" means olympic style weightlifter. To them, you're not a weightlifter unless you focus on the oly lifts.
I think there is a corresponding tape set as well. If you're looking to try the oly lifts I'd at least recommend a tape set. A coach would be a great deal of help too.

Thanks. I didn't know it was for Oly lifts. I don't know them, but that's not really my interest right now.
