I do not know what the German law says about adultery, but if there is a law that makes it punishable, it is most peculiar there is a business that indirectly encourages one to commit adultery...

Even if it isn't illegal, then the moral issue still remains..

IIRC there's a company in Oz that supplies fake background noise that you can download into your mobile so it sounds like you're at work, in a meeting, etc when you're at the pub or wherever.
