I found out how to get screen captures.

Anyway, here's a pic at the bottom. Sorry it's so dark.

Notice the depth. This is how you do a real squat.

Holy crap, you almost can't see it. Good thing my pants have white stripes on them... otherwise you wouldn't be able to tell that I went down all the way.

PS. Here's how you fix WMPlayer:

In Windows Media Player 9, go to Tools/Options/Performance/Advanced and uncheck "use overlays"

And here's struggling to get back up :) When you see the vid, you'll notice this is totally where I struggle at. I guess it's where the load transfers from my legs to my back or something. It's like smooth smooth smooth smooth and this at this point it's griiiiiiind and then smooth to the top.

I was going to an NHB school before I had to move and start my job. Since the only schools nearby now are TKD and the like I'm kinda training on my own. Sometimes I work with my friend who is kinda into MA and I taught him some basics of boxing and BJJ and kicking and sometimes we grapple and box and stuff. We also have some Thai pads for kicking.
