Greetings,
I purchased this book through ebay last year and I am still enjoying it. The author has crammed years of information into an oversized paperback of 200+ pages. It covers nutrition, exercise, acupressure, martial arts-- to put it simply, world survival. It is a great book and I don't think you guys will be disappointed with it.
Oh yeah, the author drew all of the illustrations. An incredible undertaking!!!!
