I am a white crane student.
I am currently interested in movement segmentation, energy generation and 2 man drills but also really seeing anyone in motion.
It is interesting to me that when you go to a club in the orient they love to demo and swap ideas but on the web it is all just words and no demo when the medium is so good for it.
My web site is http://www.fujianbaihe.com which has got some of the stuff I practice on it. Has anyone else out there got stuff on the internet which I can ( see which is much more interesting to me than verbal stuff.)
