Who here thinks these clips, only show useage of the external frame, and not coordinated with the internal frame to off balance the opponent with the dantien?

I think, external clips. They're very tense when they grab the jackets, not using a resting structure, and when they swing the guy around.

But I do not mean to say, they are not good. I think they're really cool.

Lol, you need STICKING ENERGY, to be relaxed or put structure down. (http://forum.kungfumagazine.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30807)

Awesome page I found on this forum (http://www.kungfu4u.com/Tai%20Chi/Tai%20Chi%20Videos.htm)

If it makes the voices in your head quiet down, then yes. We all agree with you.

Hey guy, John Wang is awesome. The real deal. And he loves to talk about this stuff. Go over the Emptyflower.com, get on the forum, and ask John whatever you want. I can assure you he will answer your questions about external and internal, one of his favorite subjects.

Dude, it's backbreaker. You're talking to him like he's sane.

You know, I took a hiatus a while back from posting, and I totally missed the whole Backbreaker thing. Bummer. But I DID get to do the whole Ralek thing. That was classic! For a while Ralek is the reason I came back over and over. I mean, who needs TV when you got a guy like that on a forum?
