Kung Fu Schools in Brooklyn?

Hey Guys, I'm searching for schools for a friend of mine in the NY, Brooklyn area. Dude lives near the brooklyn museum and has already checked out Shi Yan Mings school , and a Hung Gar School
I believe they were a bit expensive...
Do you guys have any suggestions or reccommendations...

I'm looking for a serious training partner ,if he's serious?

He can train with me and i'd teach him Sil Lum Hak Fu Muhn (Shaolin Black Tiger) or he can train with me along with another in Hung Fut under the Grandmaster. In any case both are done privately.

But only if he's serious ,we don't have time or the patience to pamper or baby anyone!!!
