Here (http://www.compfused.com/directlink/252/).

One of the guys a few comments down on that page made a good point... the sword would shatter if it was hit sideways.

I thought it just deflected the bullet. It cut it in half?

lol, so if there's a group of samurais coming at you, you just shoot one and end up killing two either side of the one you shot with half a bullet each!

speaking of bullets, does anyone know where i can get that old clip of morei usheiba (sp?) dodging a bullet?

The guy who taught my concealed carry permit class had won my state's IDPA shooting competetion with his group a few times. He said the hardest shot he ever made was splitting a bullet on an axe blade to shatter two gourds set up behind it. I saw him put a playing card sideways (I could barely see the card with the thin part facing us), come back about 20 ft. or so and cut the card in half with his second shot.

Funny thing was that when he missed the first shot...everyone went, "AW...!" Like they couldn't believe it. Apparently, he makes that particular shot all the time...

The Ueshiba clip? Oh yeah, it's right here with my clip of Tiger Kim from Chung Moo Kwan doing a flying side kick off a three story building and my clip of Rich Mooney using empty force to knockout all the Gracies at once! :p  :p

its not matrix style. from what i've heard he's fairly close to the guy with the gun and just pre-empts when the guy pulls the trigger. it's not unbeleivable - but i think you'd need balls to try it!

Reminds me of that Remo Williams movie where the guy can dodge bullets because he hears the tendons & ligaments in the hand tightening prior to firing.
