Hello Souljah,

Try bee pollen. Lately, bee pollen has been getting credit for helping induce very strong, copious, ejaculations. You may also want to try lecithin, another component in testosterone.

Question: how do you know that your testosterone levels are low?

I'd check with a doctor if you have any concerns about a homronal imbalance before you go trying to supplement for increased testosterone.

What makes you think your "T" levels are low, Soul?

There're all sorts of supplements out there but after years of experimentation and watching the stuff come and go, I've gotta concur with Vash. See your doc, supplements are a waste of time and money.

Thanks for the info

Question: how do you know that your testosterone levels are low?

I've been having a string of 'bad' days, mainly low confidence and lack of energy even though my sleep pattern has remained unchanged. I'm also relatively hairless and my head hair is thinning (at 19:()

You're right vash in that I need to check with the doctor first, but I wanted to know any practical remedies that may help first.

Mickey - Where do you get lecithin and bee pollen from? Vitamin supplements?

Souljah,

I did not realize that you were 19 years old. I have to agree with Vash and Samurai Jack on a visit to a doctor.

Those supplements are usually available at health food/vitamin stores; but please do see a doctor and get back to us.

Souljah,

I get the funny feeling that you will not go to the doctor.

That being said, the vibes that I get from you suggest that you may be overtraining and/or not eating well. If this is so, cut back on your training to allow your body to recover and to allow your testosterone levels to rise naturally. Include more green leafy vegetables in your diet; they help flush out your system and aid the recovery process.

Still, please see a doctor. Vibes are just vibes.

The thing is, you say that, but I've been eating alot more than I used too, training a little more too but I'm sure the increased amount that I eat makes up for it because I've noticed I've put on a couple of pounds too, which is a good thing I guess because I'm now 77kg at 6'2.

I will go and see the doc, but I am a little reluctant about it because it seems like such a silly thing to go about. But I will do it eventually...thanks for your concern m8

Ahh man, I havent even begun to calculate that - let's see I'll break down what I ate yesterday (terrible as it is)

Breakfast - 3 Weetabix 'biscuits' with about 1/3 to 1/2 pint of full fat milk.

Lunch - 1 x Large Ham Sandwich and 1 x tuna&mayo sandwich

Pre-dinner snacks - Cheese Bagel, with some pitta bread and Humous

Dinner - Lamb and Chick Peas with Cous Cous.

This is what I had yesterday and is in similar consistency and proportion to what I have on most days. Quite a lot of carbs I guess. I need to try and figure out how many calories im getting though....:(

Hi Souljah,

Thanks for sharing your diet with us. Hardly any green stuff. Get some of that.

heres an example of my diet:

breakfast - two bowls of cookie crisp, one apple, two crispy chicken sandwitches

afternoon snack - 30 gram protein shake

lunch - two hamburgers, one apple, pint of milk, 5 choc chip cookies, small serving of broccoli

dinner - 3 egg omlette, 1 bowl of cereal

dinner (part 2) - one grilled chicken beast, peas and carrots

my weight being only 166 lbs, at 5' 9'' -- u can see that perhaps you have one of those high metabolisms like mine. i would feel like i was STARVING on a diet like yours. maybe u needz to eat more food and / or more frequently throughout the day.

as for your hair thinning - an increase in testosterone may actually contribute to that problem. i've read about steroid users experiencing premature hair lose/ thinning

Did you try looking at porn yet? They say that looking at hot girls in the gym during your workout can boost your testosterone. Do you have any hot girls in your gym?
