Well I haven't started a thread for a little bit so I thought I'd brag about my sweet new speed ball (http://www.jimbradley.com.au/asp/product.asp?PRODUCT_ID=1) and floor/ceiling (http://www.jimbradley.com.au/asp/product.asp?PRODUCT_ID=12) (double end for you seppos ;)) bag that arrived this morning. I love boxes arriving - it's like Christmas until I get the Visa bill. Very good quality leather by the feel of it. I wouldn't mind the under/over floor/ceiling bag eventually too. Plus eventually a heavy bag (http://www.jimbradley.com.au/asp/product.asp?PRODUCT_ID=26), but that's big dollars. I got a floor/ceiling bag a few months back after Iron talked about his, but it was a crappy one from my crappy MA store and the bladder was holed. I opened it up and put a bike tube patch on the bladder but it still didn't hold air. Plus it was a big one. Plus it was a made in Pakistan, "synthetic leather" aka vinyl piece of ****. Impulse buy that went wrong. I blame it on Iron.
All I have to do now is finish making a platform for the toys and I'm gunna start doing some rounds on them a couple/few times a week. Maybe throw in some rope work to warmup/cooldown. The platform is 3/4" MDF at the bottom and top with a ball-bearing swivel mounted in each. The bottom platform sits under a 44lb weight plate. The top one will be height-adjustably mounted on the patio frame.
