So who here likes yogurt?
What do you think are the health and fitness pros and cons of yogurt?
I ask cos i just realised hey i got some here that goes:
1 unit = 115g
Carbs = 8g
Proteins = 5g
Fats = 0g (of both types)
Colesterol = lower than 5mg
Fibers = less than 1g
Calcium = 137mg
Iron = 0.117g
Sodium = 60mg
I been takin like 2 of em every some buncha hours some cos i think its cool
Also there was this other from another brand
that was like 6g Carbs and 5g Protein
but i ate it all already and dont have the other info
