I was wondering if someone could clarify something for me. I see many times people refer to the Shi Ba Lohan Qi Gong. But When you look at the set, it is Ba Duan Yin and Yi Jin Jing and one or two shaolin warm up moves. Yet in doing the math Yi Jin Jing is 12 movements and Ba Duan is 8. How is it that it seems to be such a blend of the other qi gong forms with elements missing. Which is the original form?

Ba Duan Jin is a popular Qi gong exercise among civillians since the Song dynasty.

Yi Jin Jing is legended to pass down from Damo in Shaolin.

Doing both is ok.

Wu Dang Tong Tzi Gong is Qi Gong exercise for Daoists.

I did three of them. Sometimes just one or 2 of them.

They are different. They are all originals.
