Settling in SLT

Ok, This is the Settling Sereis continous.

What does it means settling in SLT?

What is more important?
A capability in Settling while doing SLT ( provided knowing how and what to do to settle) or Localized Evolved some different sets of SLT or create Advance SLT set?

Sound of silence...


A settle SLT is wide screen scene of Night sky line....
So tranquil but vast and spacial.
So silence but so much activity still within the light up windows of the sky scrappers'.
So deep that one see the contrast between the sky scrappers's edge to the starts far away....
So alive that one feel the night breeze blowing floating the sleeves.....
So quiet that one still heard the sound of flowing cars in the high way miles away.
So serenity that one live in now within all ..


Who knows the sound, the picture, the feeling --- of silence?

it is silence or just because one settle with one's awareness-- let it free, here but every where.

slt-ing tonight, in the darkness, See the unborn.
and the unborn will never die. That is the real you.

P.S. I remembered many years ago, you once asked me this same question on RR's WCK forum. You were silent when I replied that SLT was designed mostly for fighting. Funny, eh? Using silence to subdue action perhaps is the best gift that SLT ever offer.

When all surrender, settle, relax, silence, still.....
reverse the listening.
then one knows that silent watcher exist.....
One then "sees" lines and lines of "hard wires strings"...

Like a puppet,
Lots of lots of strings.
they keep thier master in control.
Some call that hot buttom short cut.
they link between emotion, physical, thoughts...

Some spend a life time defending.
Defending these strings or the thoughts pulling these strings...
No freedom, the master has become the slave of the thoughts.
But, one doesnt know.

Until the silent watcher appear.
Until one surrender ---- settle ---- silence.
Then, starting to cut these strings and strings.

Using silence to subdue action.

First one has to see those strings.
Not defend them.
otherwise, it doesnt matter who the opponents.
one is bonded and in prison by those strings.......
No wonder some has a painfull knee
No wonder some's upper body and lower body seperated.
No Wonder some needs other's approval to be the most original.

In silence, after surrender, after settle.
one knows ... there is not a thing but Now.
