after several alcomoholic beverages, everyone at my mates party was very merry. my mates dad tried to pick me up and chuck me in the pool but somehow i did a sweet reversal and he ended up in there.....but then i felt sorry for him so i jumped in after him :D

its 8 am here...im pretty dehydrated and i think a little bit drunk still....and i've got training in less than an hour.....bring it on!!!! (eurgh!!)

he's ur typical laddish builder but he was drunk enough to be dancing to Abba!!! lol

training went suprisingly well - i drank so much water before, during and after training so i felt fine.

my memory of that night is a bit hazy and most of my mates aren't talking to me or are acting a bit odd with me for some reason....i don't remember doing anything bad :confused: lol, ah well
