Hey all,

I read that if you use the same workout program for a prolonged period of time, it loses its effectiveness. My question is how do you change it up? or What of it do you change up? The exercises or the weight or?

If you weant to cycle your workout, it will all depend on what you are doing now. Can you tell me what kind of program you doing now?

How is your GPP (General Physical Preparedness)?

How can kind of energy system are you working with now?

How is your volume or load currently?

How long was your current training cycle?

What kind of exercises did you perform and where you did learn them?

What are your weaknesses?

What are your strengths?

Have you done a self fitness/health assessment?

These questions will help you change your workout.
