Quick! What are some good strengthening exercises for the aforementioned condition? I've got a few good PT programs, and I think the only thing that's missing is increased resistance.
But, for my benefit, any exercises which stress more the inner thigh as opposed to the greater muscles of the quad would be appreciated.
