For you CLF'ers out there. What do you do for your personal training on a regular basis. Do you just work forms, do you train heavy in basics, do you cross train(weight lifting, run etc) what kind of training routines do you use when you aren't in class?

As a matter of fact what kind of training do you do in class?

Let's talk about CLF training:)

I'd list mine but I figureing a new training regimen right now and I have a sinister motive of stealing ideas from you guys:cool:
