Alright... seeing as how my blog fell apart real bad, I figure maybe I better start over.
In a nutshell I've just come out of one of my worst summers EVA!
Bruised ribs, brokedown car, reckless driving ticket- which was threatening to suspend my license, skipped over for a promotion, tons of job stress, girlfriend outta the country, and all-around broke.
I was still managing to hit the gym a few times a week.
Last 2 weeks, work and the ticket situation really peaked.
Didn't hit the gym at all.
Well I'm on the other side now, got my ticket handled, didn't lose the license; I've healed up from most everything, and I've managed to put out a decent number of fires at work.
Saturday was my first serious day back.
10 minute interval training session on elliptical cross trainer
2 sets of 5 for: dips, pull/chin ups, shrug bar deadlifts, and zercher squats.
'nother 10 minutes on elliptical cross trainer
Then a good 2 hour san shou class.
Sunday I couldn't get outta bed
Today I almost couldn't get outta bed
Doms isn't hittin so bad (as before) just feelin dead.
Going to try to hit up the work gym tonite for another cardio & weight session.
Food-wise... not eating good as i could, but i'm back to eating my own food and not going out as much. Trying to get back into the habit of slamming the protein shakes and supplements.
Gf due back in a week.
Gonna try to keep this blog up for a bit till i'm sure i'm back on track.
