On Friday and Saturday October 29-30, Park Bok-Nam, senior lineage disciple of Lu Shui Tian, will be in Chicago to offer a two seminar covering Health and Self-Defense training methods in baguazhang.

Friday Evening 5-10pm- Ba Gua Qi Gong and Empty Hand Self-Defense
Saturday 10am-4pm- Ba Gua Staff Techniques and Staff Fighting
Limited space, so register early. _The tuition is $170/day at the door. _With advanced registration (before October 1), tuition is $150 for one day and $260 for both.
