circular strength training and clubbells

Hello, I'm posting this in a few forums to see what people think and find out if others are training with these. I start my training in the next few weeks, the instructor is actually a WingTsun Kung Fu instructor as well.

This is a link for clubbells, I know a lot of mma and kung fu folk are using them, any ideas?

I have some of Scotts other products and been very happy with them. I wouldnt dought his claim.

I've gotten great results. Personally, I really like Coach Sonnens work. Some folks take umbrage that he brands his own work - but hey he's got to make a living. Everyone seems to think intellectyal propertyis free - yeesh.

Even when I see things I already knew, the way he arranges it opens up new doors for me. Good stuff.
