Dear Scott:

I think you can do a search on KFO and see what have been written by this book and the author. I own this book and will sell you for ten bucks plus S/H. I paid 35 bucks on this book and want to be rid of it. I out grew this book and lost disrepect for the author. I am not a slick sale person and would like to help you. If you are determined to get this book, then I am offering at a very fair price. But if you havent made up your mind, then please allow me to make a suggestion. Go to www.dragondoor.com and look for Pavel's "Naked Warrior" book. This book is one billion times better than Matt Furey's Combat Fitness book. I think the the price which Matt is asking is overpriced and you aint getting your money worth in my opinion. If I was Matt, I would honest have sold the book for 10-15 beans. While Pavel's book is expensive it will at least teach some vital concepts and give you information that will help you to grow in other areas of your strength conditining.

Sincerely,
Bao
