Hi
I own a kettle bell and i'm guessing that high rep sets of snatches would probaly be best for developing explosive stamina.

However. I'm wondering what you guys think? I'd also like to know about any workouts that encompass all the body parts so i don't neglect any muscle areas.

Do you own the book or DVD the goes along with the Kettlebell? Because your answer is found inside the book. You can get go directly to the dragondoor forum and ask professional KB instructors and or even have the Russian head master Pavel answer your questions. Best of luck with your training. Somebody has an article over there and a video out on KB conditioning for boxing.

Pavel's general material might be better, though.
