I just made the move to Boston (Allston specifically) for grad school and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for schools/teachers to check out. This forum seems to be a good place to start looking so I figured I would give it a shot. I would prefer CMA but am also interested in seeing what is out there.
Thanks for your time!

san shou - jamaica plain area (http://www.chinesekickboxing.com/)

I think you could take the 66 bus from Allston. The guy Paul Rosoda is really really tough. It's like the army

Hi everyone-

Thanks for the replies, they are appreciated. I just found a place relatively close to my house that Paul Rosado teaches at. I believe there is a san shou class there as well if I understood correctly. It is at the BCCA. Is that you SanShou Guru? This city seems to have everything...I found quite a few schools (and alot of good food) in Chinatown alone.

SifuAbel-

Things have been hectic trying to get settled in and forcing myself back into the school mentality. I haven't really had much time to do anything but the mandatory stuff. I am going to email you when they finally activate my account here. Hope you are enjoying that socal weather!

No we are Boston-Kickboxing. Paul is a good guy and you should be happy there. If not contact me and we can talk or if you decide you want more San Shou and less wushu also. We should be moving into our new space near the end of the month and be able to ramp the program back up.

What are the rates at Boston Kickboxing? I couldn't find them on your site.
