I don't have time to read the whole thing now, but SFUK is generally pretty awesome. The jist of that article looks to be about countering the whole argument that bw exercises are superior. Cheers to that.

I guess it depends on the book that they are reviewing and whether the author really walks the talk.

I think that a midway approach that includes bodyweight exercises and weight traing would be better than either alone.
