Sup Gee is typically short for Sup Gee Kow Dah Kuen. This is one of CLF's primary level forms and is loaded with the 10 seeds plus many of CLF's principles.

Sup Gee refers to the + or cross pattern as this is the direction the set moves in. The form can vary somewhat from branch to branch and lineage to lineage but is typically one of the longer hand sets.

Yeah my sifu always seems to hav a smirk on his face when I come out of the lion dripping blood and sweat and he says "sup gee!"
