Momemtum. It will crush you if left unchecked. Fighting good fighters are like boxing shadows. They come and go in a blink of an eye - breaking, smashing, and killing everything that they like on their tornado path. =)

Structure in wing chun. Momentum in Yankee football and politics.

Structured wing chun doesn't need momentum.
