1. Age 4-11, gymnastics/dance/soccer etc.
2. Age 12-16 BJJ/Wrestling/Judo
3. Age 17-19 Boxing/Thai Boxing
4. Age 20-22 Filipino stick and knife fighting
5. Age 23-25 Wing Chun
6. Age 26 on Wing Chun vs MMA

The above program would be supplemented by cardio, running, weights, proper nutrition and keep up the dance.

I think people shouldn't waste time wondering about whether Wing Chun can handle this or that. The best is to study the art you are wondering about and then you can find the answer.

At age 23, there would be a lot of angry people kicking themselves over wasting the previous 19 years on other arts and activities, since discovering; the most complete, ULTIMATE, -has all the answers, system of WING CHUN!

Be careful with the dancing - certainly steer well clear of ballet...

I don't know...pirouette could be quite deadly in the wrong hands.

There was a documentry on television the other day about an eleven year old boy called Richard Sandrak described as the strongest human being in the world.Seems he is going down that kind of route Gymnastics,Martial arts,Strength training. To say he was striated would be an understatement!

Bet he'll be a tasty fighter when he's older.
