Hello ever'body!

Yeah, I ***** a lot. I complain a lot. And here I am, at it again.

I want to fix my knees. To do this, I need to get my VMOs fixed up hella good. Unfortunately my therapy is slow as a b.tch. Mini Squats are helping, I think.

Anyway, I would very much appreciate any input from the more experienced trainers and trainees whom I know happen to reside on this forum. So, any information you have regarding development of the inner thighs (and the VMO specifically) would be greatly appreciated.
