Does it feature mdoern wuishu or traditional styles? And is it just forms or some application, sparring or other stuff?

I have the dvd.

It features all the wushu from the 70's which was changed into the current compulsories in the 90's

It also has some traditional stuff as well. Mostly so called internal arts. (mostly performed by the elderly).

And it has some stuff on breaking, a family of iron head/hand/body practitioners.(be sure to pause when the smallest child busts the tiles on his head!):p
