The first movie makes you laugh.

The second movie is more serious.

How many kicking methods in the second movie?

The matchstick model: I used it a lot to take notes of moves and forms. I used arrows, L, R, F (fist), P (Palm) etc in the notes, too.

Sort of a quick note.

Anyone has better ideas or ways to take a note of moves in MA in general?
