Demo Clip

Here's a demo clip,http://www.wck-media.co.uk/general//sifu_lewadny_student_demo.mpg of myself and another instructor(Sifu Cornelio Martens) from last January at the University of Calgary. The footage is not of the best video quality due to the person taping it was not using a digital video camera but a normal picture digital camera that had a limited video feature on it, so sorry for that... I'm the taller one with shorter hair on the left during the chi-sao part.

Now the rest of us just have to get our clips up on the web. We can talk all day long but a video clip is worth 10,000 words. A picture is only 1,000 words. So thanks again.
