First you have to get in the mindset of a pre- gulf war Saddam Hussein. very arrogent. then you puff your chest way out sort of like brutisk from Popeye. Then you walk in a circle looking down your nose at people. Your should have lightly clenched fists. strode about till you have a sense of superiority and chest feels good.

However, we should focus on Dan Tien or abdominal contraction and relaxation and not the chest.

Chest movement is natural and not forciful, expand and shrink.

We have to relax all body parts so open palm and no clenched fists.

Enjoy the stroll in a circle or a line.

Remember a step inhale and the next exhale, or complete in- and ex-halation with one step.

Total relaxation.

Focus on Qi in and out. Any tension may block the Qi flow around your body.

The mind set is actually to empty out all thoughts and emotions or memories.

You focus on the Qi in the heaven (Tian) and the earth (Di).

You absorb the Qi from the air (Tian) and root into the earth.

The Qi from the heaven travels thru you (Ren) and down the earth and vice versa.

We are only a vessel or conduit for Qi to go from the heaven to the earth.

Tian Di Ren San He or there harmonies.

Any harmony with heavenly time and the earthly environments?

Most important of all, any harmony with other people or fellow earth dwellers (Ren)?

Qi is flowing harmoniously among people, the heaven and the earth.

Let the Qi flow thru you and everything.

Our attitudes toward the world of other people are merely reflexions of ourself. As if we look at ourself in the mirrors.

Among countless stars in the heaven, we do not shine at all. If we insist on we are shinier.

Among the countless people on the earth, we are merely a few out of many and many. If we insist on we are the majority.

A puffed up frog tried to intimidate a sleepy lion (nature) and claimed the throne of the Jungle (universe).

We are too small between the heaven and the earth.

We are nurtured by the heaven and the earth Qi wise and other.
