You need to relax. In a couple of days I won't even remember sidewalk chalk guy. I visited both Iron's link and the artist's site. The artist's site has no advertising, so visiting his site provides no potential benefit to him. I'm not about to commission the artist to paint my pavement either. Snopes has nothing to do with the artist, so I don't see what they have to do with anything. It's just an internet link - relax.

My memory has nothing to do with ADD. Kurt Weener is unimportant to me. This was an interesting link for me to look at and go "Yeah, cool" and that's it. It's trivia. By "relax" I mean don't get so worked up over something so trivial. In no way did I (or I suspect other viewers) get the impression that gprime was trying to pass it off as their art, or sell a service using the art. Snopes? They provide a reference on urban legends. AFAIK their website will in no way benefit sidewalk chalk guy. I don't understand why you are getting so worked up about this, hence the "wtf" comment.
