First off, nice training hall and uniform. Where is this place? Is it really from Shanghai?

The drill is Wu Lang Chui (five brothers or 5th brother Punch) as we know it in CCK TCPM. Each side does 5 moves; hence, the name Wu Lang. I showed it to Tainan before as well. It is a fun drill. I have heard that it is an excerpt from one of the 5 battle fists (sorry couldn't reminder which one).

Thanks for sharing the diary. Das ist gut! (pardon my rusty German). It is nice to see people training hard and enjoying themselves. Shanghai certianly is a nice place to visit. If there are more training videos available, please don't hesitate to share them with the community. Thank you.
