OK, so I'm a psuedo vegie....
I eat poultry and fish. I've heard some comments on complete protiens and such. Is seafood typically a complete protien, because it is one of my main sources also, what about poultry?

Thanks,

NP

Yes, as far as I know, all meat proteins are complete. So that includes fish, poultry, beef, eggs, etc. Milk is, too.

It's things like beans and stuff that aren't necessarily complete.

Cool, thanks...

I love crab, and have been eating a crapload of it. It is 20g protien to 1.5g fat, no carbs.

All animal proteins are complete. However, beware the fat content of shellfish. Prawns for example, are very high in saturated fat when you'd think they'd be very "lean".
