It's a fun plug-in, one that lets you rate and post comments (which sometimes become discussions) about sites on the internet.

You would know that this site is already there, right? ;)

And you can of course voice your opinion about any site you like, just enter the url. Free speech :)

I am sure constructive criticism is good for site hosts and potential users (who use this plug-in).
I am not sure what logic they use for the stars, but it seems to show less stars than what you rated. Maybe they need a certain amount of ratings before the stars actually show how they should show, I don't know. Maybe some of y'all are familiar with this system.
