need I really say more... it couldn't hurt - massaging with dit da jow really improves circulation and can speed healing of the damaged nerves. Also, check your hand and wrist position when using the mouse. I found that to be the primary offender for me, as I work in the print/graphic industry and often spend hours performing very small movements with the mouse.

Always try to keep as natural a wrist/palm position as possible whenever doing anything.
