The future of CMA will be strong with Pong Lai.They are very application oriented, unlike most CMA schools.Just attended a valuable seminar at the Pong Lai school in Plant City on Lien Bu Chuan. All chin na,throws, combat applications.Pong Lai is based on realistic fighting applications. Not weak, flowery exercise like most CMA in the US.

I train Pong Lai :)

It is exceptionally good stuff, but it probably won't unite the earth under an umbrella of everlasting peace and usher in a new enlightened millenium or anything.

edit It will, however, beat the everlovin' crap outta you and then spring for margaritas afterwards.

unite the earth under an umbrella of everlasting peace and usher in a new enlightened millenium or anything

to do this, global group sex is required.

and frankly, I find entire countries to be "not my type" :p

pheonixdog, I'll let you know when we do something in Asheville NC. We can't be much further away than Plant City.

I quess the term "weak, flowery exercise" offends. The TKD sparring clip is not that bad.Like the headgear.
