Too many people spend too much time on physical highway and information highway.

A break, a way to relax.

A peaceful meditation. Quieting the mind. No cell phone, no TV, no radio, no noises to clutter the mind.

A glass of milk.

A dip or a swim.

A steam in the Sauna room.

A massage to relax all muscles.

A visit to the Church.

A trip: a cruise, a stroll in the park,

A Tai Ji ercise.

A short read of a poetry book.

Too much adventure, violence, horror in the movies nowadays.

Some may like a musical movie.

A concert.

Man, even to relax, I have to fuss about it.

Whatever works for you. Daoists or naturalists would be comback.

Counting the sheeps.

The monster rides in the theme park make your heart beat faster and faster.

Some consider that as fun and relaxation.

Stand up comedies are good.

Drama and play some enjoy.

Something different and help to relax.

I love to watch the waves of the ocean in Laguna beach or any shores.

I am from a tropical island.

The see breeze and birds chirps calm me down.

Agreed. If you are used to work out for a certain number of hours.

If I miss some hours of trainining, I have to "tire" myself physically with other ways somehow to feel sleepy.

To quiet my mind, I have to write out my thoughts.

Otherwise, my body is sleepy, my mind is not. I will toss and turn all nite.

If I type out my thoughts, my mind is then happy and goes to the sleep mode.

On an aside, if the only upper body work you do is pullups (not counting a bit of rotator cuff stuff), you're gonna be sore as hell.

Add 3/4 pistols, 1 legged hyperextensions, and regular 1.5 leg curls, and you've got a vomit-inducing day.

Good movie.

The evil guy actually confined the I family, remote controlled the evil robot and tried to be a good guy or hero in order to be loved.

Enjoyed the symbolism.

Dad is with strength or Yang.

Mom is yielding into many shapes or Yin.

Son is a fast runner or Yang.

Daughter has the power of an energy shield to protect or Yin.

With these 4 properties, they "wicked"ly overcome the evils gadgets or techs.

The key to turn the whole thing around;

I dad did not hurt the secretary and won her heart. At the critical juncture, she helped.

In short, winning the people's hearts on a fundamental level. No gadgets or gimmicks.

That is why the evil guy failed.
