What little I know is JC want's the role and also to have his sone play a younger him.

There seems to have been some rumbling between the director/produce and JC as they stated JC has not been given the part yet.


Can't wait for the movie, have read and seen almost everything on this general (yeah he's considered a founder of EC so kind of a fan).

Anybody seen the Soap Opera from HK on Yue Fei. I can't seem to locate it in any video rental store??

Jackie's a hard guy to catch up with - I mentioned this project in a short news piece on Jackie that I did in our SEP OCT 2004 (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/article.php?article=531), but I haven't heard anything since.
Actually, on the Jackie front, I'm more excited about his new Police Story (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=32063&highlight=jackie) - one of our crew has the VCD, but my stupid DVD player couldn't view it. :mad:

Apex is the brand to use. It plays almost anything. And sooo cheap, if it breaks I just get another one $30

unless its in that new format they are using in Asia. I heard the quality is out of this world.

...but it's a cheaper older model. If all goes well, I'll have New Police Story in my hands by next week in platform 1 DVD.

As for the Shaw releases, I don't know if there's a global site but we ran an e-zine piece (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/ezine/article.php?article=303) on that a while back that lists some of the titles as of then, and the project overall.
