Choy Lee Fut Wooden Dummy Techniques
by Ho Ngau
(chinese & english)
got mine for $4.50 in nyc chinatown.
Was out of print

this book shows the famous "Balance wooden dummy" set.

Only book I've found on a wooden dummy besides the wing chun.

Great set

Photos of sifu ho ngau. Also some articles on other wooden dummy sets, palm training, clf applications, etc.

two cool little books are "108 movements of the shaolin wooden men hall" from leung whats his name the wing chun guy. It's an old manuscript. The cool thing is it's 99 percent techniques, not alot of folklore. continuess kicks to the groin is my favorite technique

Well go out and buy the book and give us your point of view.

Man people just like to hear them selves talk/type.

...but there's a Choy Lay Fut Wooden Dummy video (http://www.martialartsmart.net/prsh004.html) now, and I like that. Masters Liu Siu-Hung and Joe Keit show the whole form, plus break downs and applications. It's a pretty solid video, pretty informative if you're into CLF wooden dummy.

There is also a Video of the CLF set done by Tat mau Wong for Panther Video

Must be similar since they both learned for Lee Koon Hung
