I don't want this to be a competition or a bs fest, however, to consolodate some discussions on other threads, how much do you guys lift (weight wise). and ~ how many reps with said weight.

Bench (flat)

Deadlift

Squat

dumbbell curl

barbell curl

I'm new to looking at stuff like this too, so add in what you want, and also, dose anyone factor in the weight of the bar, or is that just rookie.

Too much BS usually goes on. My bench and squat are pathetic for how long I've been training. I'm a victim of long legs and arms. DL is impressive and I have no idea what I can curl. ;)

I had a fealing that was the case...

After I get to a point where you guys wouldn't laugh at me, I was thinking of doing a blogish type thing to keep me motivated.

my deadlift max is 360x5

bench wrecks my shoulders

can't put a bar on my back to squat - I like the peterson step-ups, pistols, and the like, though. Working my way into full squats

the only curling I do is pullups

I have to get taught a correct dead lift.. I don't want to hurt myself..

I have to cradle the bar in my arms to do my squats... I can do ~200 now I think, I'll have to count how much weight I have though...

Just curious, is there any particular point or reason you're asking this of the forum members? I ask, because I'm not sure where listing what everyone can max out at right now would really lead to. There are factors beyond training that effect how much someone can lift in a particular excercise, including relatively unchangeable ones such as body size and body shape.

I've been trying to come back from a rotator cuff injury for the last two months.

The last time I did a max deadlift it was at 245lbs. And this wasn't a true max I was trying to take it easy.

I'm weak on the bench, always have been. Maybe 160lbs max. Haven't done any benching since my shoulder.

Squat: I think 225lbs is the most I've ever had on the bar. I could maybe do 250lbs. Did 135lbs x 12 today and it was easy.

Dumbell curl: never maxed with this.

Barbell curl: never maxed with it.

I've been doing the crossfit workout of the day and it is very non-traditional with a lot of Olympic lifts. That's why I don't know most of these numbers.

Clean & Jerk 135lbs.
Hang Power Clean 135lbs
Deadlift 245lbs

Everything of mine sucks except for pullups, in which I can do a single one arm chinup on either arm if I train for it, and I've done 2 or 3 full reps with 63% of my bodyweight on a weight belt.

My 1RM in DL and SQ are both 1.9 times my bodyweight and my max bench is 1.48 times my bodyweight. Of course, that's the max they've ever been, not what they are right now.

I don't bench or curl. I max out deadlift at 330 right now. Last time I maxed out squats it was box squats, for 250.

For whatever reason no-one ever posts numbers. Not me, though. I'm a braggard :D.

Bench (flat)
Lately I've been finishing cycles with 3-5x110kg (242.508488lb).

Deadlift
Lately 5x150kg (~330lb).

Squat
Same as deadlift.

curls
Same as Vash. 5x15kg.

<edit>Forgot, thanks Iron - BW 83-84kg (~185lb)<edit>

You gotta give your weight, or your lifts as a percentage of your weights.

Saying "I can squat 600lbs" sounds awesome, but if you weigh 400lbs it's not that impressive.

Saying "I can squat 600lbs" while weighing 200lbs is awesome, tho.

I weigh between 185 and 189, depending on when I weigh myself.
