so i ordered the wushu eagle claw video (http://www.martialartsmart.net/videagclawbo.html) a couple months ago.
it was interesting. they didnt show the form full speed first. they showed it half speed. then went over section by section. and broke it down so it was very easy to understand. then at the end they showed it full speed. this is the first time i have seen it with the full speed form at the end. kinda makes you watch the whole tape to see the form at the end. then they went over some applications to the form. those were allright.
